Snowball Effect Warning.

What a crazy week! One thing led to another, creating a snowball effect of chaotic events! The only good thing that came out of this week is passing all of my finals. Thank goodness.
Ever feel like life throws you the worst curve balls ever? Staying positive when everything around you is crashing down, can be super rough but extremely possible.
Time for you to relax and treat yourself may not be available, so insead use a personal pep talk or motivational speech to keep yourself positive!
Wash your face with cold refreshing water. Using a mirror, look yourself straight in the eyes. Say motivational phrases such as, ‘Tough times don’t last, tough people do’ ‘Your beautiful inside and out’. Or possibly just a little pep talk or speech, whatever keeps you motivated and focused on positive thoughts.
Go shopping. Of course don’t buy yourself a new closet, or do, but reward yourself with something you’ve been wanting (or craving) for ages. A splurge every now and then will never hurt anyone.
My personal favorite solution is to look up motivational quotes for whatever situation you are in. It’s a priceless and easy way to get yourself a little more positive.

My top 5 quotes:

“The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential… these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.”
— Confucius

“In order to succeed, we must first believe that we can.”
— Nikos Kazantzakis

“Infuse your life with action. Don’t wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honor your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen… yourself, right now, right down here on Earth.”
— Bradley Whitford

“Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground.”
— Theodore Roosevelt

“Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.”
— Norman Vincent Peale
