During the past couple of weeks, I have changed my daily routine to a more ‘Do You’ habit.
Recently reading the benefit of yoga and meditation, I was adamant on fitting them into my schedule.
The results of just a month of doing yoga and meditation is crazy. I don’t really see any physical changes in my body, but I can feel my body changing. I am more focused in class. During practice, I am more balanced on my feet. Most importantly, I am a more peaceful individual than I was four weeks ago.
By all means, I am not a person that lives a natural life, but yoga and meditation is a must, even if you only incorporate them into your routine 2-3 times a week.

  1. Yoga has helped me, too. I feel calmer, more alert, more creative and happier. For me, the slow breathing seems important. It helps me get to sleep at night, too. I’ve been doing yoga for about ten months, I think. 🙂
